Anxiety & Stress
Untangling persistent worry, panic, and the weight of constant overthinking.
Counselling Psychologist
I'm Kirtana and I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults and groups. I have a master's in counselling psychology with a specialisation in educational psychology, and certifications in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Sexual Wellness. If you're feeling overwhelmed, that's okay. I've been there too. You don't have to have it figured out, you just have to start.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
— Carl Jung
About
I'm a Bangalore-based counselling psychologist, and I am deeply committed to helping people find their calm and sense of agency in their lives. I believe every person is on a unique journey, and that every story deserves to be heard and held.
My approach is integrative. I draw from inner child healing, the mind-body connection, insight-oriented work, and mindfulness, while staying grounded in the here and now and holding it all through a social-justice and feminist psychology lens. I see emotions as the way we experience the world, so much of our work centres on emotional processing and regulation. And of course, always shaped around the person sitting across from me.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can be a steady, supportive place to begin.
Outside of work, I'm a little bit in love with the whole business of being alive. I like getting my hands messy with painting and pottery, and I love dancing all through the day. In my quieter moments, you'll find me curled up with a book beside my plants and their little bug friends. And when needed, I doomscroll in bed to maintain the balance. :)

Supporting teens through identity, school pressures, relationships, and the years of becoming. Parent assent is required.
Exploring who you are, what matters to you, and where your worth comes from.
Holding space for the many shapes of loss: relationships, people, possibilities.
